Registration Policies

1. All children and grandchildren of current Golf, Sports or Social Member of Bent Creek Country Club are eligible to join.
2. Any current Lifeguard of Bent Creek Country Club is eligible to join.
3. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters in deep water, without stopping.
4. Swimmers must be 5 years old as of June 1st.
5. Swimmers must complete the online registration form.
6. Registration fees will be posted by March 15th of each calendar year.
7. Registration fees will be charged to your member number.
8. Refunds of the registration fees will be given for swimmers withdrawn for illness or other family circumstances. The refund schedule is as follows:
   1. Prior to May 1 - Full refund of registration fee
   2. May 15 - 75% of registration fee
   3. June 1 - 50% of registration fee
   4. June 11 - 25% of registration fee
   5. June 16 - No refunds given
