Meet Sign Up Policy
2026 Season · Action Required for Every Meet
Required Action
Parents are required to complete the online Meet Sign Up process for each swim meet.
It is very important that coaches know whether your child will or will not be attending each swim meet. Please complete sign up before the deadlines listed below.

How to Sign Up
Sign In to the Team Website
Log in to your account at bcccswimteam.com using your registered email and password
Go to the Calendar Tab
Navigate to the Calendar section to view all upcoming meets and events for the season
Complete the Meet Sign Up
Click on the meet and use the "Meet Sign Up" tab to confirm whether your swimmer will or will not attend
⚠ Important Reminder
Sign up must be completed for every meet — including meets your swimmer will not attend. This allows coaches to finalize lineups and event assignments accurately. Missing a deadline may result in your swimmer not being entered in the meet.
