2024 LSSL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET 

FRIDAY, JULY 26, 2024 - Relay Events (all swimmers may enter relay events).

• Warm Up 5:00pm 
• Meet Start 6:30pm

SATURDAY, JULY 27, 2024 - Individual Events (must meet qualifying times to enter). 

• Warm Up 7:30am
• Meet Start 9:00am

ENTRY FEES: $5 per individual event, $15 per relay ($3.75 per swimmer for relay events)

WARM UP TIME:  Times will be assigned and distributed to each of the teams entered by Wednesday, July 26, 2023.

RULES: Current USS age group and LCSSL rules apply. Place winners will be determined strictly by the electronic timing system. Each swimmer is limited to a maximum of four (4) events. Either 3 individual events and 1 relay or 2 individual events and 2 relays.

SCORING: The top twelve places in each event will earn points for the team. Standard scoring will be in place for the meet. 

• Individual Points: 13, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 
• Relay Points: 26, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 

AWARDS: The top twelve places in each event will earn awards. All awards will be in accordance with league rules.

•  Individual Events: Trophies 1st-3rd, Medals 4th-8th, Ribbons 9th-12th 
•  Relay Events: Medals 1st-3rd, Ribbons 4th-12th

ADMISSION FEE: The cost of admission is $5.00 per spectator. Children under 12, accompanied by an adult, admitted free.

VOLUNTEERS: We will need 3 timers for this meet. Timers will receive free admission. Please note if we enter relays on Friday evening we WILL need to supply timers for that portion of the meet.

MEET MOBILE: Heat and lane assignments, as well as meet results, will be available on Meet Mobile. Printed heat sheets will be NOT be available.

PARKING: Parking will be available for swimmers and families, coaches and officials. Parking arrangements for swimmers and families will be communicated at a later date.

WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather on Friday, July 26, 2024, relays will be run in the morning on July 27, 2024 (warm-ups at 7:30AM; relay meet begins at 9:00AM). Individual events would then follow (warm- ups at 12:00PM; individual meet begins at 1:30PM).

CONCESSIONS/ VENDING: A snack bar will be available for all of your refreshment needs. We will also have a coffee bar and an ice cream truck available.

T-SHIRTS: T-Shirts will be available for purchase on both days by Northwest Designs. A made- to-order t-shirt vendor.

COMMUNICATIONS: Warm-up schedules, final site map, parking details, and any other pertinent meet information will be communicated via e-mail prior to the event.
