COMMUNICATION
Summer swim season moves very quickly, we use several different forms of communication to keep you informed. Please check them often so that you won't miss out on the fun!
WEBSITE: You will find everything you need to know about summer swim on our website. Registration, meet schedule, team calendar, team policies, swim meet sign up, team event sign up, meet results and more!
REMIND APP: We use the REMIND App for time sensitive notifications, meet entry reminders and weather related changes or cancellations.
EMAIL: You will receive a weekly email with important dates for each week. We will also send emails with a meet entry reminders, changes to the schedule or other timely information.
BULLETIN BOARD: Meet results, all league qualifiers, team and pool records will all be posted on the bulletin board located in the pool lobby.
FAMILY FILES: Ribbons, awards and occasional paper communications can be found in your family folder. These folders are located in the pool lobby just to your right as you enter.
