Warm up times Overlook 5:15-5:30 all 8 lanes Manheim 5:30-5:45 lanes 1-5 Bent Creek Country Club 5:30-5:45 lanes 6-8 Remember, for the crescendo relays, first 2 events, please have your 8 & under first, then 9/10, next is your 11/12, and finally is your "open swimmer" (13-18 years old). The 8 & under and 11/12 swimmer will start at the block end while the 9/10 and older swimmer will dive in from the shallow side. Also, we will take a quick 5 minute break after the relays but will begin staging your 8 & under and 9/10 breaststrokers while the relays are swimming. If you have a relay swimmer swimming breaststroke, please be sure to send them right back up to staging :)
